Used, altered or customised products specially blazers and jackets will not be refunded or replaced under any circumstances.
If the ordered item is out of stock, customer has the option to get a refund or choose another product by paying the difference. None of the orders can be cancelled after 72 hrs, of placing the order.
Any discrepancy should be reported by email or contacting customer service line within 72 hrs of receipt of order. But, the final decision would be with Qarot Men.
The refund would be initiated in the form of Qarot coins in the registered customer's wallet.
Exchange of product would be initiated in case refund fails.
