Return / Refund / Cancellation Policy

  1. Products sold can be easily returned or exchanged within 72hrs of delivery , write your complain on our mail  support@qarotmen.com with the details of the issue you are facing, our executive will get in touch with you in the next 24hrs.
  2. Used, altered or customised products  will not be refunded or replaced under any circumstances. 
  3. We can process Return/exchange only once for a particular order.
  4. Returns/ exchanges is not available in Jackets & Blazer category, for customization please contact directly on 7691858875 or email us the measurements to support@qarotmen.com
  5. If the ordered item is out of stock, customer has the option to get a refund or choose another product by paying the difference. None of the orders can be cancelled after 72 hrs, of placing the order.
  6. Any discrepancy should be reported by email or contacting customer service line within 72 hrs of receipt of order. But, the final decision would be with Qarot Men. 
  7. The refund would be initiated in the form of Qarot coins in the registered customer's wallet.
  8. Exchange of product would be initiated in case refund fails.
  9. No refunds/returns or exchanges can be done outside India.
  10. We request our customers to contact our helpline number for any queries in size confirmation , quality of the product or any other issue.
  11. We generate the reverse pickup after accepting the return/exchange request over email, in any case pickup attempt is not done or fails customer has to courier back the item to our warehouse address.
